Most candidates receive their exam score within four weeks of their test date. When your score is available, you will be notified via email. You may then access your score on the NCARB My Examination page.
NCARB reports test scores as either pass or fail. Candidates are not allowed to review correct or incorrect answers unless they decide to challenge their score. The procedure to review and challenge an exam result depends on whether or not your board allows it.
Even if it is allowed, the challenge process can be lengthy and costly. We recommend that you put your energy into studying for your exam retake. Your exam results will tell you which sections you failed, so be sure to spend extra time focusing on those topics. NCARB recently changed the retake policy. Learn more here.
